Kochadaiyaan: World’s First Stereographic 3D Film

Get ready to watch the South Indian Megastar Rajnikaanth in never seen before look and role. Kochadiyaan is an upcoming Tamil movie starring Rajnikaanth in dual role. Kochaidayaan is the world’s first Stereographic 3D film. The technic of Streographic 3D known as, by combining two offset images in one single frame. Jacksy Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Aadhi, Nassar, Rukmini Vijaykumar, are also playing roles in the movie. The Kochadaiyaan is directed by Saundarya R. Ashwin and music scored by the legendary music composer Mr. A.r. Rahman. For the movie Kochadaiyaan, the producers were interested to cast a Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma, Vidya Balan and Asin Thottumkal were cast for the female lead role but after some dating issues, Deepika Padukone was finally signed for the female lead role.

Enthiran – Robot (in hindi) and Krrish were some few finest visual effects examples in the Indian Film Industry. Avatar (Hollywood Film) directed by James Cameroon was the first motion capture 3D film and now the Kochadaiyaan – World’s First Stereographic 3D Film. In the movie Kochadaiyaan, performance capturing technology was used in utilizing the scenes, same technology was used in Avatar (Hollywood – 2009) and The Adventure Of Tin Tin (Hollywood – 2011) and by using this technology in Kochadaiyaan, Kochadaiyaan is now the the first movie in India to do so. Because of in the movie Kochadaiyaan, performance capturing technology was used, 48 cameras were used to shoot every single scene. These 48 cameras captured the Artist’s performance at 48 angles. The Auro 3D sound technology also used in the film Kochadaiyaan. Auro 3D sound technology means 5.1 surround sound with closer to the natural sound and the impact of the sound will output as in real. In Kochadaiyaan, there will be Graphic Art Technics, Real Vision Technology, Performance Capturing Technology, Aura 3D Sound Technology along with Stereographic 3D & Motion Capturing Technology.


The Kochadaiyaan will be dubbed in Telugu, Malyalam, English, Hindi, Italian & Spanish Languages. The shooting locations include, London, Hong-Kong and Los Angels for the primary scenes. The very first trailer of Kochadaiyaan was screened at 66th annual Cannes Film Festival in May 2013 and the movie is all set to release in India on July 5, 2013. Kochadaiyaan is directed by Saundarya R. Ashwin, Written by K.S. Ravikumar and starring with the legendary superstar Rajnikanth in a new and very fresh attire and look.
